The ideal Sales Integration Specialist candidate assists in driving store volume and enhancing the customer experience
 
Responsibilities:
  • Educate sales people on all selling tools and processes and walk the floor daily to ensure adoption by all employees
  • Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment, including proficiency in device management and troubleshooting processes
  • Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as Fashion Rewards, MPOS, e-Receipt, Personal Book, and Customer Privacy
  • Build positive team relationships throughout the store to help inspire trust and team work and influence behaviors to achieve desired results
  • Diffuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
  • Demonstrate openness to change, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and the flexibility to adapt to new working environments
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Nordstrom or other retail experience
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and leadership
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as, MS Windows, iOS and Android
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives a plus
