The Designer Dedicated Sales Associate acts as an ambassador of the brand to the store. The Designer Dedicated Sales Associate is responsible for educating and motivating the store, executing successful events, promoting the brand across the store, meeting seasonal sales goals, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
 
  • Grow brand sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers across departments
  • Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
  • Ensure sales goals, including sell-thru and volume, are met each season through effective communication with the department and store
  • Work with the department manager and Visual to ensure that merchandising and presentation meets the brand’s image standards
  • Identify future opportunities to grow the brand’s business through events and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor and internal partners to promote brand awareness, address product needs, and meet business goals
  • Teach and coach team members on brand history, and current and new product knowledge
  • Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building, reliability and collaboration
  • Deliver productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
Qualifications
  • Track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity, relationship selling, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
