Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.

VISUALS

.Works with owner to develop concepts for the window .Physically makes window displays, including minor construction, crafts, changing mannequins, and installation .Maintains interior store appearance, including cleaning, dusting, and back room organizing .Manages needs and supplies for the window and for visual-related elements of the store, runs errands as needed .Re-arranges store merchandise as needed .Creates internal store displays .Performs some graphic design work for internal store signs, flyers, etc.

.Ladder work up to 10' high will be required .Must be comfortable using hammer/nails, screwdriver, staple gun, exacto knife, etc.
