The ideal Sales Integration Specialist candidate is detail oriented, results driven and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.


Responsibilities:

•Drive store volume and enhance customer experience through education, influence and coaching to ensure the adoption of behaviors and processes

•Handle all customer concerns in a proactive, positive manner as applicable

•Ensure security and privacy of customer information including education, compliance and disposition of issues

•Educate salespeople on processes, tools and technology initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive profitable sales

•Build positive team relationships throughout the store by actively participating in achieving department goals

•Demonstrate ability to perform Sales Integration, Cash Room and Communications procedures, as applicable

•Demonstrate ownership, accountability and initiative



Qualifications:

•Nordstrom or other retail experience

•Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and leadership

•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

•Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as, MS Windows, iOS and Android

•Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

•Experience leading projects or initiatives a plus
