Here at W Seattle, we call our Bell/Luggage Attendants - Welcome Ambassadors. They are a focal point of the "W Arrival". Welcome Ambassadors are critical to the continued success of W. They have constant interaction with guests and experience the most diverse operating exposure in the entire hotel.


Welcome Ambassadors welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage. Inform guests of safety features and promotion of hotel outlets. Introduce Starwood Preferred Guest Program to guests upon arrival and recognize members. Store guest baggage upon request and assist with loading and unloading baggage into and out of automobiles.       PM Server
This position - PM Server (Part-Time) - will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food order to guest tables according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently without being intrusive on the guest experience. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

This position - Whatever/Whenever (Call Center) Agent - identifies all guest needs and handles their requests. Dispatches Welcome Ambassadors and other hotel staff via two-way radio and telephone. Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and provides assistance for outgoing calls which transpire through PBX. Assist with emergencies (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance. Courteously and efficiently answers Room Service phones, takes and inputs guests' orders and ensures receipt of orders by Server. This position effects every department in the hotel.



Beverage (Cocktail) Server

This position – Beverage Server – will take orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests according to departmental specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the outlet area and equipment.

  - Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.


- 1 year experience as a cocktail server or restaurant server with bar.

-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.

- Ability to provide legible communication.

-Ability to work flexible shifts/primarily evenings.

-Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
