Husband and Wife - owners/operators of this Beer Tavern and Charcuterie would like to hire one of our culinary students ..immediately!

Beer Tavern and Charcuterie with a small kitchen. The Noble Fir serves …European style cheese plates & Charcouterie (the branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products such as bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, pâtés, and confit, primarily from pork).


Competencies: Only the basic knife skills and sanitation. More important is motivation, a positive attitude, a passion for food and, love of beer is a plus!

This job does not involve much real cooking. It is more about preparing plates and charcouterie prep type work. 

Hours are Friday and Saturday from approx 5pm to 10pm. There are more hours possible during the week.

Salary starts at $10 / hour
