Job Description:
Sell-Through Specialist (STS) As a Sell-Through Specialist (STS) you will have
the opportunity to work with some of the leading brands within the sporting goods industry. As the expert, you will service multiple
retail channels on behalf of the clients within a fixed territory.
Core responsibilities:
. Foster positive interactions with store personnel by
building strong relationships . Conduct in-store merchandising in retail stores
as an Independent Contractor . Maintain monthly store visits schedule . Update
Store signage (POP) display sets . Set product to vendor provided planogram
(POG) . Conduct installs and floor resets for various clients . Fill out online
reporting timely and accurately . Take and upload merchandising photos
Project Worker (PW)
Working with high profile brands as an Independent Contractor,
Project Workers are able to take on projects quickly, potentially last minute
for a single location each month, as well as on a Project-by-Project basis.
Project Workers also can provide additional support for our field merchandising
network in a specific territory.
Core Responsibilities:
. Establish positive relationships with store managers
and other key decision makers . Provide on-going merchandising and market
intelligence for high-profile brands . Create and maintain displays, gather
information and report outcome of visit . Ensure correct placement of product
that is visually attractive to client expectations . Conducting installs of
fixtures, graphic display and signage placement . Train sales associates on
features, benefits and selling points of product . Fill out online reporting
timely and accurately . Take and upload merchandising photos
