Job Description
Black Bottle a well-established gastro tavern in the heart of Belltown seeks a charismatic, hardworking individual to join our team. We would like to hire one person to fill our current opening for Monday, Tuesday bartending, Friday and every other Saturday serving. Black Bottle seeks someone who comes with years of experience in the industry.We need an individual who, when behind the bar, can simultaneously handle the 14 seats and a very high volume well. Ideally we seek someone who does not have another job and is willing to pick shifts up when needed.

BARTENDER/SERVER:
• Seeking someone with a fun, outgoing, upbeat personality who is also detail oriented
• Possesses leadership qualities and truly enjoys the hospitality business.
• 21 or over
• Knowledge of basic and classic cocktails
• A willingness to adapt to our recipes and execute drinks consistently.
• Extensive knowledge of beer and wine
• A friendly, easy going disposition that you share with customers and coworkers alike.
• A team-oriented approach to customer service.
• A willingness and ability to serve tables.
• An ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage a bank responsibly and efficiently.
• The endurance to work 12 hour shifts from open to close.
• Flexible schedule and willing to cover/ switch shifts to accommodate scheduling needs
• Drug Free, and a responsible relationship with alcohol
