This company is seeking a Webcast Producer to join an energetic team of professionals that deliver great customer service.



The Webcast Producer will perform the following duties:

• Act as on-air moderator/broadcast host

• Schedule customer-facing webcasts

• Deliver presenter training sessions and ensure presenters questions are answered

• Create event documentation (schedules, reminder mails, training documents)

• Organize presenter management (scheduling events and tracking down Power Point decks)

• Deliver post-event communications including webcast reports and updates to group websites

• Escalate event issues to support staff

• Interact with other service vendors as needed

• Other projects as assigned



Here’s what we are looking for in a candidate:

• Experience in online multimedia production

• Experience with public speaking (Must feel comfortable talking to large groups of people)

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

• Strong attention to detail

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and basic HTML

• Experience managing event logistics

• Self-starter

• Work well with minimal supervision

• Have a track record of successfully delivering on multiple projects simultaneously

• Located in the Seattle/Redmond area. Available to travel.

• Experience working with Microsoft is helpful but not required.

• Audio/Video production experience wanted for this particular role. Position could include using a camera to document meetings and/or interfacing with A/V contacts at various meeting venues.

• Experience using software such as LiveMeeting, WebEx, Media Platform or similar delivery mechanism in an enterprise environment a BIG plus!

• Experience supporting multiple webcasting platforms, especially Adobe Connect and Webex.

This is a work from home role the majority of the time!!
