Duralee Fabrics (in the Seattle Design Center) is hiring a part-time – 30 hour a week student to work as a Showroom Assistant.
The hours have been 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m – 4 days a week, but may be more flexible. No weekends.
Salary: $10.00 per hour
Ideal Candidate is a very detailed person that likes to keep everything very organized (and tidy)
Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. checking memos- keeping the memo library organized and tidy
2. Showroom merchandising- when new fabrics come in- you would be creating the visual displays
3. must be able to climb a ladder and lift at least 25-30 lbs
4. understanding of fabric
5. nice appearance, able to interface with designers.
