This position – Bartender – will take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to departmental specifications.  Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment. 

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

- 1 year experience as a Bartender, Barback or certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food Service.
-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
-Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

This position - AM Server - will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently without being intrusive on the guests' experience. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 months fine dining experience as a restaurant server.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
-  Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
-Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcholic beverages.
-Computer knowledge.

This position – Banquet House Attendant – Part Time – will set up designated function rooms to group’s requirements in accordance with hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. Assist in other areas of the banquet operation as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to provide legible communication.

-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
-Ability to count.
-Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
-Requires physical stamina to stand, lift, carry and walk continuously throughout duration of shift.

This position - PM Server - will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food order to guest tables according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently without being intrusive on the guest experience. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.

- 1 year fine dining experience as a restaurant server required.
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Computer knowledge.

This position - Cook I - will plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets and banquets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

-3 years experience as a line cook at a 4-star hotel or restaurant.

-Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
