Bartender - Talent
This position – Bartender – will take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to departmental specifications. Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.


Requirements: - Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

- 1 year experience as a Bartender, Barback or certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
-Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

Beverage Server - Trace Bar - Talent
This position – Beverage Server – will take orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests according to departmental specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the outlet area and equipment.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

- 1 year experience as a cocktail server or restaurant server with bar.
-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
-Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

AM Server - Talent
This position - AM Server - will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently without being intrusive on the guests' experience. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
 
Requirements:
- 6 months fine dining experience as a restaurant server.

- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
-Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcholic beverages.
-Computer knowledge.

Banquet House Attendant - Talent - Part-Time:
This position – Banquet House Attendant – Part Time – will set up designated function rooms to group’s requirements in accordance with hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. Assist in other areas of the banquet operation as assigned.

Requirements:
-Ability to provide legible communication.

-Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
-Ability to count.
-Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
-Requires physical stamina to stand, lift, carry and walk continuously throughout duration of shift.
