1000SPIRITS is an innovative downtown Seattle restaurant opening Feb 15 and in search of experienced servers, cocktailers, bartenders, bussers and front desk candidates.1000SPIRITS will feature quality, scratch cuisine and the city’s largest collection of spirits. 1000spirits is located at 1225 1st Ave at Harbor Steps.
Open interviews will be held at Von’s RoastHouse at 619 Pine Street (cross streets 6th and 7th) on the following dates:
- Jan 22 (Tuesday) 10:30 – 2pm
- Jan 23 (Wednesday) 10:30 – 12pm
- Jan 24 (Thursday) 10:30 – 2pm

We expect all candidates to have several years’ experience working in a high volume bar/restaurant and live within 30 minutes of downtown Seattle. We are also looking for a commitment of 4 days availability per week for the first 6 months.
