Job Description
Our Employment Services program is currently looking for a part-time barista (up to 12 hours per week – morning and early afternoon) for our Positively Espresso Cafe. This position is responsible for the daily kitchen operation of Positively Espresso, including preparation of full range of espresso drinks, filling hot/cold menu items orders as requested by customers. Duties include procuring inventory and rotating stock. Oversight of cash handling and accounting functions. Supervisee potential trainees. Navos is a Mental Health Non-Profit, applicants must be comfortable working with clients as well as professionals. Must be able to work independently.

Must have a food handler’s permit and barista experience.
Physical Abilities: Able to stand, bend, reach overhead, and lift up to 30lbs. Reach overhead while standing. Utilize a stepladder for stocking and cleaning. Tolerate diverse environment conditions.
Compensation: $9.88 per hour
