Office Assistant
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 6pm
Employment Status: Part Time
Location: Seattle
We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide administrative and scheduling support for the Early Learning Program. The Office Assistant will perform a variety of clerical duties and scheduling to assist in smooth department operation. This position provides support to the Early Learning Director by coordinating office services such as reception, clerical and informational services.
Essential Functions:
Regular and punctual attendance is required
Assists administrative team with organizational and clerical duties
Provides informational, scheduling and Clerical assistance to staff
Provides reception services and information to visitors and parents
Answers telephone, provides information and completes follow-up action as required
Qualifications
High School diploma
Proof of negative TB test
Adept with Microsoft suite: Word, Excel and Outlook.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary, both written and spoken.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations in a respectful and courteous manner
