Bellefleur is a chic Seattle boutique specializing in European and Designer lingerie. We offer a variety of basic everyday bras and panties, a sexy assortment of lacy and racy sleepwear, bustiers, bra and panty sets, and a wide selection of the most comfortable and alluring loungewear available.
Bellefleur Lingerie in Fremont is looking for a
part-time visual merchandiser to add to our team!
8-10 hours a week, plus occasional fill in or events work
$14/hr plus $50/month store credit and a generous 35% store discount
THE IDEAL PERSON WOULD BE:

•Comfortable with a sales role, understanding that sales is the primary function of the job
•Computer literate, proficient on all Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
•A hard worker, reliable, dedicated
•Comfortable working with money & math skills: giving change, working out sales & tax amounts, working with budgets
•Flexible with scheduling. Would be willing to take on extra shifts if need-be, but ok with 8 hours per week as well.
DUTIES OF THE POSITION
This role has 2 parts: 1)Sales & Store Operations, and 2)Visuals, merchandising, & display
SALES & STORE OPERATIONS
•Greets customers, creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store
•Assists customers with purchasing decisions, provides excellent customer service
•Answers the phone and handles the call or directs it accordingly
•Puts merchandise from the fitting rooms back onto the floor
•Performs bra fittings according to Bellefleur fitting standards
•Writes up sales, wraps merchandise & gifts in store packaging
•Opens and closes store, performing opening and end-of-day operations
VISUALS
•Works with owner to develop concepts for the window
•Physically makes window displays, including minor construction, crafts, changing mannequins, and installation
•Maintains interior store appearance, including cleaning, dusting, and back room organizing
•Manages needs and supplies for the window and for visual-related elements of the store, runs errands as needed
•Re-arranges store merchandise as needed
•Creates internal store displays
•Ladder work up to 10' high will be required
•Must be comfortable using hammer/nails, screwdriver, staple gun, exacto knife, etc.
