We are looking for temporary Membership Sales Representatives who will act as frontlines customer service representatives to sell memberships and assist current members during our busy King Tut Exhibition. c.Peers: Membership Sales Leads and Membership Sales Representatives d.Positions incumbent interfaces with inside and outside organization: Membership Staff & Guests e.Budget responsibility, including revenues and expenses: Indirectly responsible for helping raise $2.5 to $3 million in annual Membership revenue
Key Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Ensures PSC is providing world class customer service by greeting guests in person and by phone. Providing information and answer to questions and investigating and resolving simple member issues/problems and requesting assistance on more complex issues
Assisting with selling and processing membership. Flexibility in working in the office or independently in the Membership ticket booth. Restocking the Membership Office and ticket booths with necessary supplies Maintain knowledge and awareness of PSC events, IMAX times, prices and special promotions. Attend morning meeting. OTHER duties as assigned
