Weekend Concierge

We have a weekend Concierge position available at one of our high rise buildings in Seattle. The position is 14 hours per week. 8 hours on Saturdays and 6 hours on Sundays.
The position entails:
* Assisting residents with packages, dry cleaning, questions, etc.
* Assists prospective residents with property information and schedules appointments.
* Package receipt and audit of package room.
* Resident communication through Facebook, property signs etc.
* Assists with event coordination.
* Monitors amenity use and cleanliness.
* Checks voice mails and emails.
* Basic administrative support.
Compensation: DOE - specifics will be when scheduling an interview.
