This is last minute paid position this weekend- a nice opportunity to step into the wholesale showroom for “The Seattle Gift Show” and make some extra cash. Great way to network and meet other buyers, see the website and client list at http://www.seattlegiftshow.com/398/Attending_Buyers.htm.
Marlean Kelly, with MK Sales is exhibiting 3 lines of children’s and baby goods, gifts and apparel. She needs coverage of her exhibit booth-you’ll be interacting with customers and taking orders. It may be slow so it’s okay to bring a book or study. There will be another staff person Lucy to assist you with any questions about the ordering process-it’s pretty simple and most customers buying have been to her booth before. Marlean will not be there but will be available by phone and email during your time there.
$10 an hour with the following schedule:
Friday August 10th 11am to 5pm
Saturday August 11th 12pm to 3pm
Sunday August 12th 12pm to 3pm
Due to the time constraint please call Marlean today or no later than Thursday at noon at 425-775-5308. She will set up time to chat with you about her lines and get you set up with exhibit access for the weekend.
For payment, Marlean will be at the exhibit on Tuesday-you can either stop by to pick up cash or she can mail you a check.
