Job Description: 
We are looking for someone to assist in our marketing efforts as well as general administrative tasks. A personable, confident personality and willing to do a variety of duties required to succeed. This position is perfect for someone looking for full time hours in the summer and flexibility during the school year. The summer hours will be Tuesday - Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-3. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter. Pinterest, etc.) on a regular basis with regular updates, photos, articles, and upcoming events. 
  • Provide marketing support for the company's product and services
  • Write and edit marketing documents and sales material 
  • Coordinate events including scheduling vendors and program, invites and guest list
  • General office duties (filing , faxing, data entry)
  • Answer phones and  assist customers
  • Greet customers, make appointments for sales associates and distribute materials


Qualifications:

  • Willing and capable to do a variety of task as needed 
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • polished appearance 
  • Detail oriented, organized, accurate with ability to multi - task 
  • Work independently and run with a project once introduced 
  • Team oriented but works well independently
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts
  • Competent in MS office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various social media platforms
  • Valid driver's license
