ON CAMPUS - HOUSING STUDENT EMPLOYEE
The primary purpose of the School-Sponsored Housing Student Helper position is to provide administrative assistance to the office of Student Housing.
Position Requirements
• Provide resume and references
• Computer experience/customer service experience
• Maintain confidentiality requirements
• Complete all required new hire paperwork with Human Resources
• Federal Work Study Eligible
• Living in School-Sponsored Housing preferred
Position Description
• Approximately 10 hours per week starting Spring quarter
• Data entry using college database, Microsoft Suite and other software as needed
• Filing records, copying documents
• Desk attendant
• Deliver mail and documents between Housing and Campus Buildings
• Occasionally lift boxes or pull a dolly
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
